Getting a house ready to sell - or rent - is a lot more than just slapping on a coat of paint. There's always a list. Touch this up, fix that, clean up out front. Most homeowners either don't have the time or don't know where to start. That's exactly where we come in.

On this one, we handled the full picture. Fresh interior paint throughout the home - every room done clean with sharp lines along the trim and baseboards. The walls are smooth, the color is consistent, and the whole interior feels move-in ready. Nothing screams 'neglected' to a buyer faster than scuffed walls and dingy trim, so getting that right was priority one.

Outside, we cleaned up the front beds and laid fresh dark mulch with stone edging along the front walkway. It frames the entry, adds contrast against the brick, and gives the whole front of the house a polished look that shows up immediately from the curb. First impressions matter a lot in real estate, and the exterior was just as important as everything happening inside.

Beyond paint and landscaping, we also worked through the punch list - the small repairs and exterior touch-ups that pile up over the years. Those little details are what buyers and inspectors notice. Taking care of them before listing means fewer negotiating points and a smoother sale. We coordinate it all so the homeowner doesn't have to manage five different contractors.

Whether you're getting ready to list, turning over a rental, or just need the details handled without the hassle - we do this kind of work regularly and know how to get a property looking its best fast.
