Here's what we were working with - an old steel gate that wasn't cutting it anymore. No real security, no clean finish, and hardware that had seen better days. It's the kind of thing that's easy to ignore until it becomes a problem.
We pulled the old gate and replaced it with a new custom welded steel gate built to fit the opening cleanly. Same black steel look as the surrounding fence, so it ties the whole entryway together instead of sticking out like an afterthought.
The hardware upgrade was just as important as the gate itself. We added a new handle paired with a double-sided combo lock. That means you can lock and unlock from either side without needing a key - way more practical for everyday use, and a solid step up in security.
Little details like flush welds, properly set hinges, and the right latch hardware are what separate a gate that works from one that just exists. We pay attention to that stuff because it's what determines how the gate performs a year or two down the road.
Whether your current gate is damaged, undersized, or just not doing the job it should - a custom replacement is usually the most straightforward fix. We handle fence installation and fence repair, so if the surrounding fencing needs attention at the same time, we can take care of it all in one visit.
